You can appeal the decision made in relation to misconduct only based on an alleged failure of procedural fairness.
You must:
- Apply within 20 business days of receiving the outcome of your misconduct matter.
- Include evidence of an allegation of a breach of procedural fairness. Failure to provide evidence to support the request for appeal may result in the request being dismissed.

An appeal can be made on the decision in a Gender-Based Violence matter.
