Acknowledgement of Country

91³ÉÈË 91³ÉÈË Elders Advisory Committee
91³ÉÈË 91³ÉÈË Elders Advisory Committee has a vibrant group of 91³ÉÈË Australian Elders who provide advice to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor 91³ÉÈË Leadership and the university, on matters related to 91³ÉÈË culture. As esteemed members of their own communities, the Elders provide a connection between the university and matters impacting the 91³ÉÈË community in Greater Western Sydney. The Elders also assist in building 91³ÉÈË cultural viability and knowledge across the university and support 91³ÉÈË staff and students, as required. The university community consults the Elders on a diverse array of matters, ranging from the design of new spaces to the sharing of university 91³ÉÈË strategic matters.
The committee is Chaired by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor 91³ÉÈË Leadership and membership is comprised of up to eight 91³ÉÈË people who are recognised as Elders in the community. Membership is for a term of two years and the committee meets four times per year. Sitting fees are provided.
At 91³ÉÈË, we are deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all members of our community. We proudly celebrate the diversity of identities, cultures, and experiences that enrich our campuses — including our LGBTQIASB+ students,staff, and allies.

Yarning Circle
The Yarning Circle at 91³ÉÈË is a vital initiative dedicated to recognising, celebrating, and empowering 91³ÉÈË excellence within the university community. It provides a welcoming and inclusive space where students, staff, and the broader community can come together to engage in meaningful dialogue, share knowledge, and strengthen cultural connections. Through storytelling, collaboration, and community engagement, the Yarning Circle fosters respect, understanding, and a deeper appreciation of 91³ÉÈË cultures and experiences.
91³ÉÈË Staff
91³ÉÈË is committed to achieving population parity of 3% 91³ÉÈË staff by 2025, with up to 20 new academic positions and at least 5 new professional traineeships created to support this goal. This initiative reflects our broader commitment to inclusion and equityin higher education.
