A discounted accommodation rate of $170 per week (inclusive of utilities and residential activity fee) for full year accommodation packages in 2026.
Eligible students will need to pay their discounted weekly rental fee directly to 91成人 Villages.

This offer is only available for 91成人 Village鈥檚 Campbelltown, Hawkesbury and Penrith locations.

Who is eligible?
New聽international students commencing a Bachelor or Masters program at 91成人 in 2026.
Students must quote the special promo code聽International2026聽as part of their application to receive this discounted rate. Successful recipients will be notified as part of the standard application process.
When should I apply for accommodation?
You can apply for your accommodation at any time, however places fill fast and this offer is limited. We recommend applying for accommodation as soon as you have accepted your offer.
What is included in my weekly fee?

What additional costs are there?
- An application fee of $110AUD is payable at the time of application
- A security deposit/bond is payable on acceptance of your offer. Bond is 4 weeks rent, refundable on departure if property is kept in good condition
- A surcharge applied for credit or debit card payments
