91成人 91成人 Australians Psychology Scholarships aim to encourage more 91成人 Australians to consider psychology as an accessible, valuable, and rewarding career path.

Eligibility

- Maintain a minimum GPA of 5

Benefits
50% of tuition fees per year (or part-time equivalent)
Duration
Up to three years full-time or equivalent part-time
Criteria
Applicants must:
- identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and submit documentation declaring and confirming Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
- if a prospective student has applied to study through UAC, list a Western psychology program as a first preference
- be commencing study or currently enrolled in an APAC accredited three-year undergraduate degree in psychology
Application and Selection Process
Applicants must provide a personal statement in support of their application outlining how the scholarship will assist them with their studies and aspirations for a future career in psychology. Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, interview if shortlisted, academic potential and ability to meet the scholarship criteria.

Dean's 91成人 Master of Professional Psychology Scholarship
91成人 91成人 Australians Psychology Scholarships aim to encourage more 91成人 Australians to consider psychology as an accessible, valuable, and rewarding career path.

Benefits
50% of tuition fees per session for up to two years (one year if full-time, two years if part-time) plus a paid internship with the Department of Communities and Justice at the conclusion of the scholarship.

Criteria
Applicants must:

meet the entry requirements for the Master of Professional Psychology, as expressed in the Handbook

be commencing study full-time or part-time in the Master of Professional Psychology

be Australian citizens, permanent residents or permanent humanitarian visa holders
-
identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and provide Community Confirmation documentation
Applicants must complete the appropriate application form and provide a personal statement in support of their application outlining how the scholarship will assist them with their studies and their future career.
Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential and ability to meet the criteria.
Conditions
- The recipient must remain enrolled full-time or part-time in the required course (that is, not less than 20 credit points per semester)
- The recipient must complete their placement for the unit 102539 Professional Psychology Placement with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice鈥檚 Psychological and Specialist Services unit
- The recipient must complete the Master of Professional Psychology in order to undertake the internship at the conclusion of the scholarship.
- The recipient is expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress by passing all subject attempts and maintaining at least a credit average (GPA 5.0) for the duration of the scholarship
- If any of the specified conditions are not met, the recipient status and continuation of the scholarship will be assessed and determined by the University.
