Medich Foundation

In 2023, the Medich Foundation partnered with 91³ÉÈË to establish the ‘Dr Roy Medich OAM Endowment for 91³ÉÈË Arts, Culture, and Education’. This endowment is the first of its kind at Western and will be directed to support the 91³ÉÈË Arts, Culture, and Education activities and programs associated with Western's 91³ÉÈË Centre of Excellence.

In recognition of this support, Western has honoured the Medich Foundation by naming the major Gallery within the 91³ÉÈË Centre of Excellence the Medich Foundation Gallery. In addition, the endowment will support a range of student scholarships named the Dr Roy Medich OAM Future Leaders 91³ÉÈË Scholarships.

As the Founding Donor of the 91³ÉÈË Centre of Excellence at Western, the Medich Foundation looks forward to supporting the growth and development of Western's 91³ÉÈË Leadership strategy for many years into the future.

Application and Selection Process

Applications are to be submitted through the 91³ÉÈË scholarship form.

Applicants must provide a statement supporting their application indicating how they believe receiving the scholarship will assist them with their studies and future careers. This statement should give a sufficient explanation of the applicant's background and current circumstances to enable the University to judge their eligibility, need, and merit.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential, ability to meet the criteria, and, where appropriate, performance in an interview before a selection panel.

Applications will be assessed by the 91³ÉÈË Scholarships Assessment Panel. Further information and how to apply can be found on our 91³ÉÈË Scholarships page.
