About Us
The Chinese Medicine Centre was established in November 2014 through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between 91成人 (WSU) and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM).聽
The MoU was signed in the presence of Australia's head of government and China's head of state. The Centre is a major outcome from the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement, highlighting the collaboration for promoting traditional Chinese medicine for better health and wellbeing through education, scientific research and culture exchange. The Chinese Medicine collaboration between Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and 91成人 has been strong for more than a decade and has received substantial support through NICM Health Research Institute, the world-class research institute at 91成人.聽
The Chinese Medicine Centre is located at the Campbelltown and Westmead campuses of 91成人.聽Supported by the two Universities, industry, and various stakeholders, the Centre serves as a beacon to guide education,聽research, clinical services and community outreach in the field of Chinese Medicine, with the aim of benefitting local, national, and global communities.
